Announcement: incoming Section Co-Chair at the Boston Bar Association

In News

I’m excited to announce that I’m the incoming Section Co-Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Section of the Boston Bar Association!  I start in September, and I’m looking forward to helping continue the great programs that the Solo/Small Section organizes and co-sponsors.  Kudos to Lucy Lovrien, outgoing Section Co-Chair, to Chris Saccardi, who is continuing as Section C0-Chair, and to the great staff at the BBA.  I’m looking forward to working with Attorney Saccardi and the BBA staff to support the Solo/Small Section’s mission.

What does the BBA’s Solo/Small Section do?

We support attorneys working as solo practitioners and at smaller law firms, organizing and co-sponsoring (with other BBA Sections) a variety of programs focused on practical skills for attorneys, law practice management, current developments in law especially relevant to solo and small-firm practices, and efforts on legislative and regulatory changes.  Check out the list of upcoming Solo/Small events, past Solo/Small events, and the BBA’s entire calendar.

Want to get involved at the Boston Bar Association?

Do you have an idea for a program or talk that would be interesting for attorneys in the Solo/Small Section?  Would you like to be involved in helping to plan a talk or Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program?  Get in touch with me or the BBA – we’d love to hear from you!

We’ve got great programs planned!

I’m looking forward to a great two years as Section Co-Chair, and I hope to see you there!
